Dachshund Noodle Jumble
2 cups of macaroni
2 cups of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc...)
3/4 to 1 pound of meat (ground beef or chicken)
3 cups of water
1 1/2 tablespoons of corn startch
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 large cloves of garlice (pressed)

Add meat and water to the pot and bring to a nice boil. Let
it simmer for a good 15 minutes and then strain off all of the meat. Save just 1 3/4 cups of boiled stock. Now add water and boil macaroni until it begins to feel soft. Add frozen vegetables and then let it sit in the water for a couple of minutes. Strain noodles and vegetables and turn heat to medium. Dissolve
corn startch in 1/4 cups of cold water. Add meat, noodles, vegetables, olive oil, garlic, and stock pot. Stir until mixture begins to bubble. Turn heat to medium low and then stir in water until it thickens (add more corn startch mixture if contents are still thin). Then remove from it from the element and let it cool to a nice room temperature. Take one measuring cup and scoop out all of the ingredients (increments) onto pieces of plastic wrap. Then wrap it all up and then freeze it. We will usually thaw one of them out the night before and then split it up in to
2 servings (we will sometimes add some kibble).

Makes approxamently 6 servings.
Tail Wagger's Dog Biscuits

3 cups of all purpose flour
3 cups of corn meal
1 1/2 cups of oats
2/3 cups of bone meal powder or non-fat dry milk
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of salt
3 1/2 cups of beef broth
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Position oven racks to divide the oven in to thirds. Heat the oven to 300 degrees. Use 2 cookie sheets. Mix flour, cornmeal, oats, dry milk, garlic, and salt in to a large bowl. Then whisk the broth, oil, and eggs into a medium size bowl. Stir the broth mixture in to flour-mix it until it is in
to completely blended and soft dough forms. Roll out all of the dough on
to the floured surface with a rolling pin in to 1/2 inch thickness. Then cut
all of the pieces in to desired shapes with a toothpick prick in to a line of
dots right down the center. Then bake 2 cookie sheets at a time for a good 2 hours (I rotate both of the sheets half way). Then turn off the oven and leave all of the biscuits in for 1 to 2 hours to dry and harden. Store all of the pieces in to a tight container for up to 3 months.
